All financial transactions on 0phlboss are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Transaction limits, processing times, and applicable fees are detailed in the platform's banking section and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 0phlboss account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash. 0phlboss does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 0phlboss, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided on the platform;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any loss arising from a force majeure event, including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

0phlboss's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 0phlboss account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

0phlboss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete identity verification or provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine law. The language of all proceedings shall be English.

0phlboss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the 0phlboss platform following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

Minor changes such as typographical corrections, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not materially affect your rights or obligations may be made without specific notice.
